Changing the terms and conditions:

Ungureanu Gabriel PFA reserves the right to make changes, updates to the terms and conditions, without prior notice and without specifying the reasons. Continuing to use the site implies acceptance of the changes made. Ungureanu Gabriel PFA reserves the right to select its clients.

The content of the shop.scuba1.ro site (texts, digital photos, graphic symbols, technical data, other information) is the property of Ungureanu Gabriel PFA and of the represented trademarks and is protected by the copyright law. The use without the consent of Ungureanu Gabriel PFA of any of the elements listed above is punished in accordance with the laws in force (full coverage of the damage plus damages). Correction of erroneous information:

We reserve the right to correct any omissions, display errors that may occur as a result of typing errors, lack of accuracy or errors in the software, without prior notice. We decline responsibility for any situation that may arise due to software errors or technical failures on the server.

Conformity:

All products sold by our company are in accordance with the laws in force and comply with the norms and standards for which they were created. 

– for the order weighing up to 1Kg, the transport costs 15 RON in addition to the total order.

– for the order weighing over 1Kg, for each additional Kg RON 1.35 is added in addition to RON 15 + the total order.

2. Fraud

Any attempt to access the personal data of another user, to modify the content of the shop.scuba1.ro site or to affect the performance of the server on which the shop.scuba1.ro site runs will be considered an attempt to defraud the shop.scuba1.ro and will launch a criminal investigation against the person or persons who tried this fact.

3. Litigation

Any dispute between Customers and PFA will be settled amicably. If the conflict has not been resolved amicably, the jurisdiction rests with the courts of law of Bucharest, Romania.

4. Final provisions

Shop.scuba1.ro reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the shop.scuba1.ro site, its structure or any other changes that may affect the site, without the need any prior notification to users in this regard. If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. When placing an online order, the Customer declares that he has read and fully agrees with the above. All products sold by Ungureanu Gabriel PFA are compatible products except for products where the originality is explicitly specified (ORIGINAL).
